Our PIC-Lab Hybrid SFC is a “One Machine – Multiple Use” system providing both automated analytical method development and semi-preparative purification.

PIC-Lab PREP 100 SFC System

PIC-Lab PREP 100 SFC is the only open-bed, preparative scale SFC system with CO2 recycling and a GLS technology enabling clean collection of up to 95% of fraction tube volume. Designed for efficient mass-, UV- and/or time-controlled purification in a non-stacked or stacked injections mode. Automation of analytical method development and analysis of collected fractions can be achieved with the optional analytical SFC module. Production of 3 – 30 g/day of the compound.

Is a fully automated system for production scale purification of enantiomers and complex mixtures of small molecules, peptides and natural products including cannabis/hemp extracts

The range has flow rates varying between 200-800 mL/min to allow purification of hundreds of 40 grams to 20 kilograms of sample per day. Specific instrument sizes can be designed to fit your workflow and for processing the amount of sample you need to purify. 

These “One Machine – Multiple Use” systems can be upgraded to also perform in-line or independent CO2 Extraction.

PIC-Lab MAGNUM SFC

Industrial-scale SFC purification at a flow rate of 1000 mL/min or greater is available to accommodate 7.6-30 cm i.d. DAC columns. This system is for facilitating daily automated multi-kilogram purification of small molecules, Hemp extracts and other natural products.
