Description

PIC-Lab Hybrid SFC means: “A single device/instrument for performing multiple processes such as method development, semi-preparative separations and fraction analyses.

Applications in the chiral and achiral separation of small molecules, peptides and natural products.

This versatility saves money and time

Key features

  •     Individual channels for each analytical and preparative SFC ensure reproducibility and robustness
  •     Automatic change of columns (9 analytical columns, 6 preparative columns) and up to 6 solvents
  •     Instrument operation is controlled by a Program Logic Controller (PLC) providing high reliability and reproducibility.
  •     Proprietary software on a desktop station allows the user to program sequences, visualize data and process it.
  •     Intelligent software facilitates sorting of methods for rapid screening and ranking of results to assist the user in rapid method selection.
  •     Stacked and non-stacked injections are possible in manual, automatic and extraction modes
  •     CO2 recycling reaches 90-95% efficiency
  •     Wide choice of detectors: UV, ELSD and single-quad mass spectrometer
  •     Fully automatic collection by time or detector-specific threshold
  •     PIC-Lab Hybrid SFC 20, 10-100 and 10-150 are designed for micro-scale separations, milligram to gram scale, with flow rates from 20 to 150 mL/min and are ideal for columns with an inner diameter of 10 mm, 20 mm and 30 mm.
  •     The PIC-Lab Hybrid SFC series is also available as an open-bed system.
