PIC-Lab PREP 100 SFC

PIC-Lab PREP 100 SFC is a new generation, “open bed collection” system.

Such systems allow routine UV and mass-triggered purification of small molecules, peptides and natural products.

This instrument is ideal for drug and phytochemistry research.

It is designed for automated mg to multi-gram separations. The instrument is ideal for purification of chiral and achiral single molecules or libraries.

When the open bed module is removed, the PIC-Lab PREP 100 SFC processes separations by traditional methods.

Key features

  • Proprietary GLS technology: Optimal GLS for accurate and clean collection, allowing up to 95% of fraction tube capacity to be filled
  • CO2 recycling is supported by a maximum flow rate of 100 ml/min
  • Separate injection and collection: For optimal speed and reliability, the injection module is separate from the collection module.
  • Both the injection and collection modules have a flexible layout. It accepts 96-well plate footprint or racks depending on your needs.
  • Stacked and non-stacked injections: Non-stacked injections are ideal for library purification. Stacked injections can be performed with the injection robot to enable rapid singleton separation. Alternatively, stacked injections are possible with the collection robot when automated separation of half a dozen or more chiral/achiral compounds is required, each requiring multiple injections.
  • Device control: All system operations are controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC), which ensures high reliability and robustness.
  • The user can operate the instrument for sequence programming, fraction tracking and data visualization via the user-friendly PIC Solution proprietary software

Innovative, environmentally friendly and sustainable open collection system for routine mass and UV triggered and UV triggered purification of small molecules, peptides and natural products.

Designed for automated mg to multi-gram separations of single molecules or libraries of chiral and achiral compounds.
