Description
PIC-Lab DE Supercritical Fluid Extractor
The PIC-Lab DE SFE instrument is designed for cost-effective small-scale method development and CO2 extraction for a wide range of compounds and phytochemicals relevant to drug discovery, hemp and other natural product research.
The unit is a powerful tool to enable highly efficient extraction through precise pumping and accurate pressure control, using proprietary Back Pressure Regulator Technology (BRT).
Key features
- automated screening of combinations of up to 6 co-solvents, temperature and pressure variations capacity for 10 extractors and 10 fraction collectors
- fractional separation for isolation of terpenes and cannabinoids in different fractions
- the operation of the instrument is controlled by a Program Logic Controller (PLC), which offers high reliability and reproducibility.
- easy-to-use software on a desktop station allows the user to program sequences, visualise data and perform processing.
- a wide range of detectors is available: UV, ELSD, CAD, etc.
